Information you choose to provide
When you contact us, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, email, message and any optional business or phone information. We use those details to respond, evaluate the work you ask about and manage any resulting business conversation. Please do not send sensitive personal information through this form.
Website inquiries are saved in a private WordPress record and sent to designated Prince Media Group staff for follow-up. Website administrators can retrieve the saved records. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter.
Website operation and measurement
WordPress.com and Jetpack, operated by Automattic, provide website hosting and related services. Those services may process information such as your IP address, browser details, pages requested and technical activity for website operation, security and site statistics. Existing WordPress and Jetpack services are separate from the optional Google Analytics choice described below. Read Automattic’s visitor privacy notice.
If you allow optional Google Analytics, we use it to understand visits, campaign sources and accepted website inquiries. Google may process browser, device and approximate location information and use analytics cookies. Our inquiry event sends the form type and inquiry type; it does not send your name, email, phone number or message to Google Analytics. You can decline optional Google Analytics and still use this website and its contact form. Use “Analytics choices” in the footer to change your choice. We remember that choice in your browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawing permission stops future optional Google Analytics collection on this site; it does not erase data already received by Google. Browser privacy tools may also limit collection.
If you allow analytics, we also keep public campaign labels in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes so a later contact form can carry its campaign source. These labels do not contain your contact details; they are cleared when you decline analytics.
Other services and links
External links, embedded content, newsletter subscriptions or comments may involve other providers and additional information you choose to supply. Review the provider’s notice when using those services. This notice does not authorize adding your inquiry details to unrelated audiences or advertising lists.
Access, retention and questions
We use service providers and designated staff to operate the website and handle your request. We retain inquiry information for the business purpose for which it was provided and applicable recordkeeping needs. You may contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion; we may need to verify the request and consider relevant obligations before responding.
